Hotel Ritvi's Elite is owned and run by Mr. R. Raghavendra and Mrs. Shilpa G. R., with more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
It is a promoter-run hotel, and it is meant to feel like one. The pair brought their years in hospitality and accommodation to the property and run it hands-on rather than at arm's length. The standards the hotel keeps, on cleanliness, on safety, and on how a guest is spoken to, come from that: operators close enough to the floor to notice, and answerable for what they find.
