Booking Terms

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is from 12:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Guests booking directly receive flexible check-in and check-out timing, subject to availability.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, and Government-issued photo ID are accepted as proof of identity. Local IDs are accepted.

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept UPI, net banking, credit card, debit card, and RuPay.
• Rates are subject to 5% GST.
• Rate plans available are Room Only (EP) and Room With Breakfast (CP).

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Children & Extra Beds

• Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free of charge; guests above this age are counted as adults.
• 1 infant (0 to 2 years) per room is accommodated without counting towards room capacity.
• Extra beds are available in Royal King and Executive Twin rooms at a charge, subject to availability.

House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted within the premises.
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted within the property premises.
• Pets are not allowed, and no pets live on the property.
• Outside food is not permitted. Non-vegetarian food is allowed, and in-room dining is available.
• Private parties and events are not permitted.
• Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into their rooms during their stay.
• Unmarried couples are welcome. Unmarried couples are not permitted in hourly-stay rooms.
• Groups of male-only guests are welcome.
• The property is not wheelchair accessible; please make arrangements accordingly.

What we collect

• When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.
• When you book: your stay dates, number of guests and rooms, and the age of any child travelling with you. Bookings are completed on our booking engine, and payment details are handled there, not on this website.
• At check-in: a government photo ID as required by law for hotel guests in India.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and to confirm, hold, and service your reservation.
• To meet the record-keeping obligations placed on hotels in India.
• We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our booking and payment providers so that a reservation can be completed, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Reservation and statutory guest records are kept for the period Indian law requires, and are then deleted.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking engine may set cookies that are necessary to hold your reservation while you complete it.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
